Please note all items are handmade by Eva van Kempen herself, therefore each jewel is unique and may differ from the photo in the webshop. Your order will be packed with love and care and delivered in custom made jewellers' packaging.

Terms and conditions

A: Exchange policy
Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:
1) You have received the wrong item - you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation email (sent to you when you placed your order).
2) You have ordered the wrong size. * Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Eva van Kempen has sent the wrong size or item.

B: Return policy
In the event that the product does not meet your expectations, returns are accepted only within 14 days of receipt of your order for exchange or refund. All returns must be approved by Eva van Kempen by e-mail prior to returning the item. All items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns are not accepted after 14 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.

Please note that all commissions, orders especially made for you while out of stock, worn or scratched items, or items returned without all original packaging are non-returnable.

C: Damaging during transport
In the event of Eva van Kempen sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the original item in unused condition to her within 14 days of receipt.
 When you send your item back to the her, she will process the returned item and Eva van Kempen will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your return.

D: Complaints

In the unlucky event that you are not satisfied concerning anything in the process, please contact Eva van Kempen directly and explain the problem in detail:

info@evavankempen.com or by phone: ++31642271055. If preferred it is possible to schedule a Skype meeting. Eva van Kempen will get back to you within two working days to resolve the issue in the best possible way.
